Shelton Giwa holds a PhD from Â鶹´«Ã½, Leicester. His areas of expertise are Digital Marketing and Consumer Culture but he has taught across a wide range of Marketing modules. Shelton is currently Marketing Subject Head and Senior Lecturer at Â鶹´«Ã½ where he teaches Customer Management and Dissertation modules. Shelton currently leads a team of 36 academics within the Marketing section providing leadership, guidance, support and resource oversight. Shelton currently supervises one DBA student who is researching on the impact of Social Media in Nigerian SME's. Shelton is an enthusiastic, innovative and dedicated Higher Education Lecturer and researcher with a passion for enhancing student experience. His research interests lies at the intersection of digital marketing and pedagogy.
