Saif Ul Haq is a Senior Lecturer in Project Management at Â鶹´«Ã½, Leicester. He has over a decade of teaching and research experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, having taught at prestigious institutions in Pakistan and China. Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, Saif was an Associate Professor of Project Management at Bahria University, Pakistan, where he also served as Coordinator of the Post Graduate Program.
Saif received his PhD in Management Science and Engineering with a specialization in Project Management from Hefei University of Technology, China. His research focuses on project governance, performance management, and risk management in project environments. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, including contributions to top-tier journals like the International Journal of Project Management.
Beyond academia, Saif has contributed as a reviewer for several prominent journals and has actively participated in conferences worldwide. His research work bridges the gap between theory and practice in project management, with a strong emphasis on improving project outcomes in the construction and IT sectors.
